Please call for rates. All sessions are 50 minutes.
Insurance
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. You may be responsible for a co-pay or co-insurance depending on your plan. All plans are different, and I can give you an estimate of what to expect before we meet.
If you do not have BCBS, I can give you a receipt to file the claims with your insurance provider for service with an out-of-network provider and you may be reimbursed to some extent. I’d recommend asking your insurance provider to what extent out of network services are covered.
Payment
I accept credit cards and Venmo. All payment is due at time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
